2010 PUNTA CANA SALSA CONGRESS Tropical Image has PACKAGES available with Payment plan options
Event Packages Include:
Hotel room Full event pass (workshops, Viewing of nightly shows, social dancing) All inclusive Meals & Drinks for the time of your stay Enjoyment of private beach Pool parties Restaurants, & much more!
Prices are per person and based on 3 people per room
PACKAGE PAYMENT PLANS are available to all who book through Tropical Image, ALL payments are Final and non-refundable, No name changes are allowed after Sept 15th.
Payments schedule are as follows: DEPOSIT of $100.00 DUE On or before Aug 1st BALANCE of your package is split into 4 easy payments due on Aug 10, Aug 24, Sept. 7, Final Payment on or before Sept 15th
(Changes after this date may result on a fee by the congress administrative staff)
IMPORTANT DETAILS PASSPORT EVERYONE NEEDS ONE, Forms can be obtained at your local Post Office or online http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/forms_847.html - Please advise those who don't have one to start process now to avoid rush fees and to ensure they will have it on time.
AIRFARE each person must book their own air fare or contact ARELIS for details on group rates GROUP AIRFARE May be available, please ask if interested. Group fare will be set up for group leaving on THURS returning MON ONLY. (times are to be determined depending on Shuttle schedule and flight availability) You can save 5% on American Airlines, use Discount CODE- 39H0BF. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: No refunds on any monies paid, No name changes are allowed after Sept 15th, Cancellations are final and non-refundable.
SHUTTLE To and from hotel & airport - COST $45 Dollars Last year!! Look on website for this year’s schedule, options and fees. Shuttle fee is paid separately & can be paid to me as well with your package to ensure your seat on the bus is reserved you may also book on your own on the Punta Cana Website, make sure you print your receipt and have it with you.
PLEASE If booking your own flights, please look at the shuttle times posted on the website and book flights around that time. Please allow ample time for any delays to avoid missing the shuttle upon arrival at DR or avoid missing the plane upon departure to the USA.
